This product is supposed to last 5 years and presumably is putting termite control practitioners out of business.  I have been using it ever since we moved south for winters in both Mississippi and Florida.

I apply it every other year, the idea being you can't kill enough termites.

A bottle costs about 50 bucks but compare $25 a year to a subscription to some pest control company that might just charge you 300 bucks, put 200 of it into insurance for their liability, and push a bunch of pegs into the ground around your house that might attract rather than kill termites!

The FL place is a double-wide and it is easy to mix this stuff up with water (I mix it strong, why not?) and apply it with a two gallon pump-up sprayer.  This is the last project before packing the car, summerizing the place, and heading north.
