 Aviary Industry and Opportunism

I cannot claim it as a formal project, but it is irresistible not to comment upon the industry and opportunism of our little friends the songbirds.

I took the lid off the porch light, removed the old burned-out bulb of the previous owner, and vacuumed about four inches of dust and chaff from inside.  Since it was nearly evening and I didn't have a new bulb located, I set the shop-vac aside and left it for morning.  First thing the next day, I opened the door to find this scene.
